  1. We sell both new and used books. Condition details for used books are clearly noted in each product listing.

  3. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify inventory at any time without prior notice.
  4. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  2. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  3. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.
  4. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Luxerv LLC does not store your payment details.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

  2. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance.
  3. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.


6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship to all addresses within the United States.
  2. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days after processing.
  3. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Luxerv LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  5. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Key points include:

  1. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  2. Items must be in the same condition as received
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval
