Orders & Shipping

1: Where do you ship? We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2: How long does delivery take? Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

3: How do I track my order? After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

4: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@luxerv.us. We'll do our best to make the change before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has shipped.

5: Do you offer expedited or express shipping? At this time, we offer standard shipping only. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.


Books & Inventory

1: Do you sell new books, used books, or both? We sell both new and used books! Our inventory is regularly updated so you can always find something great, whether you prefer a fresh copy or a budget-friendly pre-owned one.

2: What condition are your used books in? All used books are carefully inspected before being listed. Condition details (such as Good, Very Good, or Like New) are noted in each product listing so you know exactly what to expect.

3: How do I know if a book is in stock? If a book is listed on our store, it is available. Inventory is updated regularly to reflect current stock.

4: Can I request a specific book that isn't listed? Absolutely! Reach out to us at contact@luxerv.us with the title, author, and whether you'd prefer new or used, and we'll do our best to source it for you.
