Refund Policy
At Luxerv LLC, we take pride in every order we send out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date
- The item received was wrong, damaged, or significantly not as described
- The book is in the same condition as received — unread, unmarked, and unaltered (for new books)
We reserve the right to deny a return request if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or if the request falls outside the eligible time window.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Books that have been written in, highlighted, or damaged by the buyer
- Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the buyer at checkout
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@luxerv.us with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging (if applicable)
We will review your request promptly and offer one of the following resolutions:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- A store credit for the value of the item
4. Wrong Item Received
If you received a different book than what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at contact@luxerv.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will:
- Ship the correct item to you at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if the correct item is no longer available
5. Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, item not as described), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- If the return is for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@luxerv.us. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been fulfilled. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@luxerv.us and we will investigate immediately
